Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, Walkrs does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Size exchanges may be accepted when the purchased size is not compatible, provided that the product:

Has not been tried inside a shoe
Has not been cut or modified
Remains in its original condition and packaging
Has its protective seal or lamination intact

Products that have been opened, tried, worn, cut, altered, or otherwise used cannot be exchanged.
