Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Important Note:
If the product’s protective lamination or seal is opened, torn, or removed, the item will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at walkrs.lb@outlook.com.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with:
• A return shipping label, and
• Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back to us without first receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it.
We may request photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item to speed up the process.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is:
1. Request a return for the item you currently have.
2. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)
Walkrs offers refunds exclusively in cases where:
• The product received is damaged,
• The item is defective, or
• The wrong item was delivered
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are not offered for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Size or style preference
• Opened, used, or unsealed products
